JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for installation and repair to all plumbing fixtures.
• Responsible for assisting in maintenance and repair of all HVAC unit systems.
• Helps to ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Local Laws and OSHA Regulations.
• Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
• Promotes outstanding customer relations.
• Performs all other duties as assigned.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Five (5) years experience in plumbing.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to read blue prints and do job layouts.
• Must be able to lift Fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty.
• Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
• Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to work in extremes of weather, on roofs, ladders and scaffolding.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends and holidays.
