|
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promotes outstanding customer relations and employee relations.
- Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry, calculate figures and amounts such as percentages, area, circumference and volume.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures, governmental regulations and contract requirements.
- Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and scheduling VLT Technician Employees.
- Responsible for the direct supervision, evaluation and training of Slot Technicians; issues appropriate coaching and discipline to staff.
- Responsible for understanding and enforcing Company and Departmental Policies and Procedures.
- Knowledge, compliance, and enforcement of Delaware Park VLT Internal Controls. Â
- Responsible for maintaining accurate work records for all VLT Technician Employees.
- Responsible for efficient operation, repair of all peripheral equipment and gaming equipment as is applicable within VLT Department and Cage Operations.
- Responsible for slot repair shop and for proper maintenance of all shop components.
- Proficient in running and analyzing Slot Floor Data System reports.
- Responsible for maintaining and planning and execution of all slot floor projects, data base and all related regulatory documentation, as required.
- Promotes outstanding customer relations.
- Promotes honesty and trust among the team.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Three (3) years Casino Experience and One (1) year Technical Experience.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Must be able to lift Forty (40) lbs. in weight and push or pull up to Fifty (50) lbs in weight without difficulty.
- Must possess strong verbal, written, customer service and English communicational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management is mandatory.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule due to the needs of the business including weekends and holidays as required.
