|
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure consistency and efficiency in table game product, operations and statistical evaluation.
- Maintain expertise on emerging technology and trends in gaming industry in order to grow the business and increase profits.
- Define and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating objectives.
- Responsible for slot operations including optimal guest experience and routine functionality of all games.
- Responsible for the overall Race & Sports Book operations.
- Exemplify and promote outstanding guest experience and accountable for prompt resolution on any key business issues that impact customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop guest service programs and ensure the staff is trained and engaged in the execution and service standards.
- P&L management including budgeting and performance metrics.
- Oversee policies and procedures and be accountable for implementation and compliance to ensure safe operation and the protection of company assets.
- Hire, train, schedule, and ensure proper staffing levels and game spreads to accommodate changing business demands
- Ensure all internal control procedures are accurate, documented and in accordance with Gaming Board regulations.
- Work closely with surveillance to identify and address all new technology or tactics that are utilized to compromise the integrity of the games.
- Review daily and monthly Casino data systems reports and financial reports for any unusual statistical fluctuations and general revenue performance for all gaming areas, including coin-in, theoretical versus actual hold win percentages and drop.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Seven (7) years in the gaming industry and/or significant management background
- Strong verbal, written and organization skills required
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time
- Ability to read, write, speak, understand or communicate in English sufficiently to perform the necessary functions of this position
- Must be flexible to meet the demanding schedule needs to maintain a presence on the casino floor and routinely meet business needs.
