JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assists with the coordination, development, and implementation of annual direct marketing plan.
  • Responsible for overseeing all direct marketing efforts using player tracking system.
  • Develops & adheres to direct mail production timeline ensuring all direct mail is timely and in homes at goal due dates.
  • Main liaison to the print and mail vendors.
  • Assists with the coordination of daily marketing promotions and kiosk game-level offers & promotions.
  • Responsible for manipulation of database, including data extraction, evaluation and testing of plans established within approved direct marketing plan.
  • Maintains and develops customer tags, prize codes, and promotion codes in the CMP, player tracking system, to ensure effective analysis of marketing programs.
  • Works with Planning & Analysis to ensure all events, offers and promotions are profitable.
  • Assists with requesting and proofing marketing collateral including, but not limited to core monthly mailers, invitations, and property signage. 
  • Acts as a liaison with the Slot Department in monitoring the usage of E-promo dollars to maintain financial compliance.
  • Assists in the development of annual marketing plan and the creation of the marketing budget.
  • Assists in the development of the marketing calendars, in adherence to the approved marketing budget.
  • Works closely with all members of Marketing Staff including Player Development and Player’s Club to ensure programs are effectively coordinated and communicated.
  • Maintains liaison with the Information Technology Department as it relates to approval of implementing direct marketing programs into CMP, the casino’s main player tracking system.
  • Maintains liaison with Delaware State Lottery Commission for all marketing activities and ensures that rules submissions are timely in accordance with Delaware State Lottery regulations.
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations at all times.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Three (3) to Five (5) years direct marketing or related experience, prior casino experience preferred.
  • Must be able to successfully complete the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware State Lottery.
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems required.
  • Knowledge of Everi Kiosks and Bally’s CMP preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, supervised and / or with minimal supervision.
  • Maintains confidentiality with regards to employee concerns and sensitive department information.
  • Must possess strong leadership, interpersonal, customer relations and effective communications skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to business needs, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to consistently comprehend, retain, and/or execute written, verbal and/or demonstrated directions, explanations and guidance.
  • Experience and/or exposure to long-term planning and proposals to senior management a plus.
  • Must be able to stand and sit for extended periods of time.
