High School Diploma Required, College Degree and Industry Experience Preferred.



  • Responsible for coordination of special events and assigned promotions from conception to execution.
  • Plans and schedules with all departments, through a variety of mediums.
  • Plans all events according to company requirements, target audience and objectives.
  • Acts as a liaison and negotiator with event vendors.
  • Develops and maintains relationships with vendors and sponsor contacts.
  • Coordinates special event needs with local hotels.
  • Reviews all assigned promotions and events for accuracy and complete information.
  • Works closely with Player’s Club and Player Development staff to ensure promotions, programs and events are effectively coordinated and communicated.
  • Works with Player’s Club to help lead shifts.
  • Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
  • Promotes outstanding customer relations.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.

                                                                     JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Marketing, promotions, and event planning experience.
  • Familiar with event budgeting and procedures.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have strong organizational ability, attention to detail, and communication skills.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends and holidays.
