|
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary liaison between the MIS Department and all Departments utilizing computer applications, mainly Bally products
- Support of all applications includes troubleshooting application problems, researching problems and recommending the proper course of action for recovery or repair.
- Performs systems diagnostics on a routine basis to identify potential deficiencies within all applications.
- Coordinates project plans for application upgrades as well as new application installations.
- Project planning includes coordination of inter-department resources for testing and go-live preparation and implementation.
- Works directly with end users to gather and create specifications based on users’ business needs, and suggests applications to meet those needs.
- Provides application documentation to include maintaining troubleshooting knowledge base, upgrades and new installations.
- Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
- Performs all other duties as assigned.
- Promotes outstanding customer service.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Five plus (5+) years in IT
- Understanding of Project Management
- Experience with Bally’s Casino Market Place (CMP) and Slot Data System (SDS) a must
- Experience with Microsoft OS (Win10/11/Server), Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Client Server Development Tools.
- Experience with Atrient (Everi) Kiosks a plus
- Must have strong verbal, written, and organizational skills required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
