 Job Description 


  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
  • Acts with discretion and confidentiality in handling information.
  • Responsible for the accurate and efficient operation of procedures within designated department.
  • Sets up and maintains files, records, correspondence, reports, and other documents as required.
  • Places, accepts, and screens telephone calls.
  • Receives, opens, and distributes incoming mail and documents.
  • Order supplies and process departmental invoices.
  • Promotes a safe work environment by complying with Delaware Park Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintains professionalism at all times when working with other team members and/or guests.
  • Communicate (both written and verbal) with and promote positive team member and guest relations.
  • Promotes honesty and trust amongst the team.
  • Performs all other duties as assigned.



  • One (1) to three (3) years administrative experience.
  • Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process, required by the Delaware Lottery during employment.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, and kneel for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business including evenings, weekends and holidays.
