JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintains and repairs small equipment
• Assembles and replaces equipment and dispensers
• Logs and maintains inventory stock and supplies
• High and low dusting using heavy duty equipment
• Coordinates with other departments to endure guest satisfaction is efficient
• Safely removes mold, mildew and blood born pathogens from public areas
• Public area cleaning
• Properly wear required safety gear for small and large projects
• Able to oversee business operations successfully in the absence of a manager
• Performs all other duties assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• One (1) to Three (3) Years experience
• Must be able to read, write, speak, understand or communicate English documentation
• Must be able to stand, bend and sit for extended periods
• Knowledge of Microsoft operating systems required
• Knowledge of equipment safety rules and procedures
• Knowledge of OSHA chemical and safety requirements
• Must be able to lift fifty (50) lbs. without difficulty
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, co-workers and management is mandatory.
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check and licensing process, required by the Lottery.
• Work areas could have high volumes, diverse clientele, noise, music, minimal and/or bright lighting and variation of climate control.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
