JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
  • Assists in determination of eligibility and the administration of benefit programs.
  • Responsible for resolving employee benefit issues, i.e. insurance billing, etc.
  • Assists in the development of benefit programs, i.e. awareness, tracking, etc.
  • Monitors activities and assists with insurance matters daily.
  • Administers FMLA and Disability Insurance programs. Interfaces with insurance carriers regarding same.
  • Interfaces with insurance carriers regarding disability claims.
  • Communicate all relevant information to all staff with necessary approval prior to distribution.
  • Act as liaison with Insurance Brokers and individual insurance companies.
  • Plan, develop, and promote campaigns fostering favorable community relations.
  • Acts with utmost discretion and maintains confidentiality in handling all documentation and information
  • Researches, drafts and edits responses and other written material for the Insurance and Disability Administrator approval.
  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all projects assigned.
  • Creates and maintains files, records, correspondence, reports and other documentation in an organized manner.
  • Maintain professionalism at all times when working with and responding to team members and/or guests.
  • Communicate (both written and verbal) with and promote positive team member and guest relations.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • One (1) to Three (3) years of related experience.
  • Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word Applications.
  • Must have strong organizational skills and accounting background, preferred.
  • Attention to detail and high level of energy required
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, team members and management is mandatory.
  • Must be able to handle all types of team member/guest related situations; relay all team member/guest compliments and complaints to department management.
  • Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods of time without difficulty.
  • Work areas could have high volumes, diverse clientele, noise, music, minimal and/or bright lighting and variation of climate control.
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
