|
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount.
- Issues related forms to team members, review for accuracy and eligibility requirements, and appropriately inputs the information into Talent Development database.
- Warmly greets office visitors, politely answers telephone and channels calls or callers to proper destinations.
- Acts with utmost discretion and maintains confidentiality in handling all documentation and information.
- Performs all administrative responsibilities.
- Performs administrative purchasing procedures.
- Assists with making notification for and processing of licensing renewals.
- Creates and maintains files, records, correspondence, reports and other documentation in an organized manner.
- Maintain professionalism at all times when working with and responding to team members and/or guests.
- Communicate (both written and verbal) effectively and promote positive team member and guest relations.
- Assist HR team members with company sponsored events and other activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- One (1) to three (3) years of related experience.
- Must be able to successfully complete the background check require.
- Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word Applications.
- Must have strong organizational skills and clerical background, required.
- Attention to detail and high level of energy required.
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and effectively communicate with guests, team members and management is mandatory.
- Must be able to handle all types of team member/guest related situations; relay all team member/guest compliments and complaints to department management.
- Must be able to stand, sit, walk, and bend for extended periods of time without difficulty.
- Work areas could have high volumes, diverse clientele, noise, music, minimal and/or bright lighting and variation of climate control.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which includes days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.
